• Payment information, billing records (card payments are handled by our payment provider; we do not store full card numbers).

We keep personal information only for as long as necessary for the purposes above and to meet legal requirements (for example, financial records are typically kept for six years). When no longer needed, information is securely deleted or anonymised.
